Loved brand-new and tidy rooms.
The hotel was in a good and prime position close to many restaurants as well as Chickasha for a social event. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, television, a microwave oven and a fridge. The service was excellent, I had 4 quiet nights here.

The shower was great!
The front desk staff all seemed to be in training and either could not or would not answer some very straight forward questions about the Choice Hotels promotion. They also had difficulty checking us out--we had to wait for the day manager to arrive

Knowledgeable staff at all times. Location next to stores, and the restaurant inside the best western:)))

Bed size was nice
It had mildew on the ceiling and wet carpet by outside bathroom wall from leaking which explained the mildew smell. Pool was not open, it was being fixed, sort of noisy on the interior.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and public areas. Quiet, clean, no frills.
My husband and I are senior citizens and had a rough time getting our luggage up and down the stairs without an elevator or at least some help. They were unable to accommodate us with ground level rooms. Next time I will have to find someplace that can accommodate our needs.

The indoor pool was perfect after a day at the Grady County Fairgrounds. Plus, we enjoyed the Festival of Lights. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast hit the spot. Great spot for a weekend escape with friends.
One downside was the noise from outside late at night. It got a bit rowdy, and we felt it disrupted our sleep time.

Male at front desk on checkin was very nice.
The bathroom was dirty. There was no hot water. The water wouldn't drain in tub. Check out clerk female was indifferent. Vanity area dirty. Someone came at night to claim room. Kind of scary for me. Said he booked for a week.

Room was disgusting, there was trash still on the floor from the previous person. I could not believe how bad it actually was, ridiculous. The only good thing was location and the woman at the front desk, she apologized a lot and gave me a complete refund.

The housekeeper failed to service our room and when asked why they lied and said we had the do not disturb sign on the door. It took until 8:00 pm to get clean towels and the room was never cleaned. Hate that they don't gave an elevator too.

Valerie at the front desk was super helpful, and I loved the breakfast with real eggs and bacon. The indoor pool and cozy seating area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from other guests, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😄
